If you’re in the mood to refresh your builds or add a little more personality to your lots, we’ve got some great build-buy items for you.
I’ve gathered a mix of Sims 4 build CC, helpful whether you’re working on a charming Mediterranean home, a bookshop, or something a bit more modern.
We’re just getting this collection started, but so far it has a little bit of everything from chipped floor tiles to decorative wall panels and a gorgeous facade set.
As with all of our posts, we will be updating this collection as more build items and sets become available.

These floor tiles bring some lived-in realism to your builds, with three types: dirty, cracked, and chipped.
There are different patterns to choose from with 9 to 16 swatches each, allowing you to create anything from aged kitchens to abandoned or rustic homes.

Mariliuiw’s Part 2 expands their tile collection with even more variety, offering five different tile styles in multiple sizes.
The tile styles included concrete, vintage patterns, and a couple of worn tile options.
5. Adventure Awaits Build Mode Expanded by Peacemaker_ic
This addon required the Adventure Awaits EP.
This unofficial addon enhances the Adventure Awaits EP by adding more usable styles and options for building cohesive homes.
Peacemaker_ic focuses on making the pack more versatile, so you actually build a home around a single design.
It’s a solid upgrade for those who felt limited by the expansion pack.
6. DelSol – Part Seven: The Stair Episode by Harrie
This build set centers around beautifully designed staircases inspired by Spanish Revival architecture, blending structure and style effortlessly.
There are both traditional and modern stair options, allowing you to create anything from classic Mediterranean homes to sleek updated interiors.
The pack also includes matching railings and fences for a cohesive look.
